How do I create an account?

If you are a new customer an account will automatically be created for you when you place an order. Alternatively, click ‘Sign In’ in the top right hand corner of the screen where you will be asked for an email address and password.


Why do I have to give a password?

Entering a password will mean that you can return to our site to track your order and monitor its progress. It’s quick, easy and personal to you. We don’t sell any of our data and no third parties will ever contact you through us.


What happens if I forget my password?

If you’ve forgotten your password go to the forgotten password page and enter your email address. If we can find an account registered to it then we’ll send you a link to reset your password via email. If we can’t find your email address on our system then we’ll give you the link to set up an account.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Net World Sports is quick and straightforward. In the Shopping Cart you are easily able to adjust quantities, apply discount codes and select shipping methods. Clicking on the “Checkout Securely” button takes you to the Details page where you can select the billing address for your order. If your shipping address is different to the billing address you will be given the opportunity to enter this as well (please ensure that your address is entered correctly as incorrect shipping information can lead to an increase in processing time). When “Continue” is selected you are able to enter your Payment details. As soon as the payment is made you will be presented with an order confirmation page where details of you order may be viewed.


How can I pay?

We accept the following methods of payment: Mastercard, VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Maestro, PayPal and Net World Sports Gift Vouchers. We also accept check payment (please allow for longer processing time). The payment pages at Net World Sports are completely secure. Payment details are not held on our system in any way. To pay by check follow the clear instructions on our “Payment Details” page when placing an order.


How do I enter a discount code?

You will be able to enter the code in the shopping basket, prior to entering any payment information. Applying the discount code will automatically reduce the total cost of your order. If you experience any issues when applying your discount code please contact us.


After I have placed an order can I amend or cancel it?

Our 50,000 square foot (15200m) warehouse stocks almost all products on our website which means we are able to pick and pack your order very quickly. While this means we’ll be able to get your order to you in the quickest possible time, it also means that we can’t make any changes once you’ve placed your order. You have a 30 minute window in which you can cancel your order (providing the order has not been dispatched). After this period you are able to send us a cancellation request and we will attempt to cancel the order if possible. If you require an order cancellation we recommend contacting our customer service team by emailing [email protected].


How will I know my order has been placed?

After you have completed the payment process, you will receive an automatic order confirmation email summarising your order. This confirmation email will contain a unique order number that should be used in all correspondence regarding your purchase. The order confirmation email will not contain information regarding the shipment of your order; tracking information will be contained within a separate email.

Something from my order is missing, what do I do?

Don’t panic! It might well be on its way but in a separate package. Just contact our friendly customer service team and they’ll help you track it down. 

 

Do you include invoices in the order?

No we don’t so your secret’s safe with us. If however you’re not buying for a gift and would find an invoice useful then just let our customer service team know and they’ll send one right over. 

 

Can I put a gift message in with my order?

Not at the moment but it is something we’re working hard on offering.



Shipping


Do I have to pay for shipping?

Costs for shipping are based on the weight of the product you chose to order. Shipping methods and quotes are shown in the shopping cart for you to see prior to placing your order.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You are able to track your order on the selected courier’s website.

 

How long will I wait for my order?

In order to suit your need and budget, we offer a range of shipping methods with varying timescales. These methods will be offered prior to checking out and once ordered 95% of our products will be dispatched within 24 hours.

 

  • Standard Shipping: 5 to 10 days
  • Express Shipping: 4 to 7 days
  • Priority Shipping: 2 to 3 days 

 

The above timescales exclude weekends and public holidays.

 

What couriers does Net World Sports use?

We use a range of couriers dependent upon the weight and size of your product and how fast you need.

 

What is the cost for shipping?

The cost of shipping depends from product to product as it is based on the weight and the speed in which you would like to receive your order. We’ve put a helpful shipping calculator in the shopping basket, so once you’ve got everything you’re looking for just enter your destination and the costs, as well as courier options and timescales, will be displayed for you.

 

Does Net World Sports deliver internationally?

Absolutely, Net World Sports ships to more than 230 countries around the world. On our checkout page there is a shipping estimator which will calculate the shipping cost to your required location. This shipping estimator will also display the courier options available.

 

How quick can you deliver overseas?

That depends on exactly where you want your order to go to. Net World Sports offers expedited and standard shipping services to the majority of countries worldwide. Transit times are dependent on the shipping method selected but accurate transit times are displayed by the shipping estimator on the shopping basket page.

 

What if I’m out when the courier tries to deliver my order?

If you are out when the courier tries to deliver, a card will be left with instructions on how you should go about rearranging delivery or collecting your package from a local depot. Where possible we advise for you to provide an address where you know someone who will be present to accept delivery of your order.

 

Does it matter that my billing and shipping addresses are different?

No you will be given the option to enter an alternative delivery address to your billing address in the checkout.

 

What if my delivery doesn't arrive?

Don't panic! In the unlikely event that your order gets lost in transit, we ask that you please notify our friendly Customer Service team within 10 days of dispatch and they'll track it down for you in no time. 


 

Returns

 

How do I return an item?

Net World Sports strives to provide you with the best shopping experience but we understand that occasionally you may need to return an item. Please contact our Customer Service team and a return request form will be emailed to you. 

 

I have received faulty goods, what do I do?

If you’re unlucky enough to receive a faulty product then first things first, we apologise. We will do our upmost to rectify the fault as soon as possible. Please email our friendly customer service team on [email protected] who will be able to advise you on returning the item. Goods deemed as faulty will be refunded in full or exchanged if an exchange is available.

 

How do I get a refund?

Refunds will be issued to you via the same method originally used to pay for the purchase. If a product has been paid for using a Net World Sports Gift Card then any money owing will be issued as a Gift Card or Discount Code. If a product has been purchased through the use of a Net World Sports Gift Card and is subsequently exchanged for a product with a lower price, any remaining money owing will be issued as a Net World Sports Gift Card or Discount Code. Net World Sports aims to issue refunds as quickly as possible but it can take up to 14 working days to receive confirmation.
