How do I place an order?
Ordering online through our website couldn’t be easier. When you find those perfect products you’re looking for, simply choose the options you want and click Add to Basket. If you’ve got more items on your wishlist, click Continue Shopping until you have everything you need. Once you’re done all you need to do is press Checkout to start the ball rolling – follow the simple step-by-step instructions to choose your shipping method, then enter your address, billing details, and your preferred payment information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following methods of payment: Mastercard, VISA, VISA Debit, VISA Electron, Maestro, PayPal and Net World Sports Gift Vouchers. The payment pages at Net World Sports are completely secure and payment details are not held on our system in any way.
How do I know my payment information is safe?
A very sensible question to ask. All the payment and transaction pages on the Net World Sports website are completely secure – that’s our guarantee to you, 100%. We also never store any of our customers’ payment details on our system.
When will I be charged?
We process payments as soon as you confirm your order in our checkout – thanks very much for your order, we’re sure you’ll love what you’ve bought!
I’ve got a coupon code – how do I use it?
Lucky you! Only kidding, we love rewarding our loyal customers with special offers and exclusive coupon codes. Simply enter the coupon code in our checkout just before you enter your payment details – the code will automatically be applied and hey presto, the item price of the products you are ordering will be reduced. Please be aware that coupon codes aren’t applied to shipping costs.
Can I change or cancel an order once it’s been placed?
Many of our products are always in stock here at our 120,000ft2 warehouse, which means that we’re able to dispatch most orders the very same day so that you receive them as quickly as possible. Therefore, any cancellations you wish to make must be made within 30 minutes of ordering – please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order, our Customer Service team will be happy to help.
How can I be sure that my order has been placed?
Once you’ve completed our checkout process, you will automatically be sent an email order confirmation containing all the key details about your purchase, including your unique order number that you should keep handy just in case you need to get in touch with us about anything. Please note that you won’t get any tracking information about your order in this email – you’ll receive a separate message once your items have been dispatched from our warehouse.
The address I want my order shipped to is different to my billing address – does this matter?
Not at all. So if, for example, you’d prefer your order to be shipped to a work address rather than your home, just enter those relevant details during the checkout process.

Do you provide free shipping or will I be charged?
We keep our product prices as low as possible, unfortunately this means we can’t offer free delivery. Although thanks to the extensive range of couriers we use we’re able to provide a fantastic selection of delivery options at extremely competitive rates. Our delivery charges are based on the weight of the products you buy, so will vary from product to product. The full range of delivery options and costs are clearly displayed in your shopping basket before you checkout, so there’ll be no nasty surprises once you’ve confirmed your order.
When will my order be shipped?

Are you in a hurry?! You can choose from a variety of shipping options to suit your exact needs – 99% of our products are in stock here at our warehouse so they can be dispatched the same day.

2 - 4 DAYS

Choose this option and you’ll receive your order within 2 - 4 working days (excluding weekends and public/bank holidays).

7 - 12 DAYS

Choose this option and you’ll receive your order within 7 - 12 working days (excluding weekends and public/bank holidays).

What shipping couriers do you use?
FedEx, Landmark, Yodel, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce, Tuffnells & Royal Mail are just some of the couriers we use to ship items from our warehouse to your door. Thanks to our great links with all the major hauliers we can call upon an extensive range of couriers, which gives you the widest possible choice of delivery options and enables us to deliver your order in the most cost-effective and timely way.
Can I track my order to monitor its progress?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse and it’s winging its way over to you, you’ll receive an email update including full tracking details so you can check the progress on the relevant courier’s website. You can also do this by quickly logging in to your account on our website.
Will I need to sign to receive my order?
Many of our couriers do require a signature to successfully deliver your order, which is why we recommend (where possible) having your items delivered to a place where you know someone will be in to receive them - whether that’s at your home address, with a trust worthy neighbour or to your place of work.The following couriers will require a signature: FedEx, Landmark, Yodel, UPS, DHL, Hermes, Parcelforce & Tuffnells. The following couriers do not require a signature: Royal Mail. You can find out which courier will be delivering your order by checking the tracking links included within your order confirmation email. Without a signature, the courier may not be able to successfully deliver your order.
But what if I’m not in when my order is delivered?
We know there’ll be occasions where it won’t be possible for you to sign for your order in person. When that happens, our courier will leave a little calling card with clear instructions about how you can either get your package re-shipped or how to collect it from a local depot.
What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive when it’s supposed to?
Sometimes the best-laid plans don’t quite come together, and even if you’ve got a specific shipping timeslot there may be occasions where your order is delayed. Using the tracking number provided in your order dispatch email is always a good first port of call as there may be some explanation on the courier’s website. If not, just get in touch with us and we’ll do some investigating for you!
I’ve received the wrong order, what should I do?
Get in touch with our helpful Customer Service team immediately and we’ll get to the bottom of the issue. Ideally if you have your order number at hand that’ll make it quicker and easier for us, but don’t worry if you can’t find it. We’ll happily sort out sending the correct items out to you and advise you on what to do with the goods you’ve received.
Something’s missing from my order, what should I do?
Contact our fantastic Customer Service team and we’ll be able to find out what went wrong with your original order, what items you’re missing, and send out everything you need to complete your order. It’d be great if you’ve got your order number handy when you get in touch, but no worries if you haven’t we’ll be able to sort it.
Is it possible to have orders shipped to overseas addresses?
Of course it is – we wouldn’t be called Net World Sports if we couldn’t would we?! Thanks to our extensive range of couriers we can ship to more than 230 countries and territories across the globe, from Australia and Germany, through to the United States and Canada.
What countries do you ship to?
A full list of available shipping destinations will be displayed in your shopping basket prior to confirming payment, but suffice to say, you name it, we’ll be able to ship there (with one or two exceptions!).
How long will shipping take?
All the shipping options and costs will be clearly shown in your shopping basket for you to choose the method you prefer. The majority of our products can be shipped using Standard, Express, Next Day, and Timed delivery options. Even with locations or products where Next Day shipping is not available, we can still guarantee all orders are processed the very same day so we can keep your shipping times to the absolute minimum.
Am I likely to be charged any customs or import duties?
If you live in the UK or the wider European Union, there’s no need to worry as you won’t be charged any customs duties or import charges. Our international customers should be aware that the prices on our website do not include any customs charges. These vary depending on the country and on certain occasions you may have to cover these additional costs when you receive your order.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Of course you can. Providing it’s within 30 days of purchase, if you’re not completely 100% satisfied with your order get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can try and resolve the issue – in many cases we’ll find a solution so that you won’t even need to return your items.
What is your returns policy?
It’s as easy as 1-2-3… With our 3 Step Returns policy, the first thing to do is get in touch with our Customer Service team who’ll send you a returns form. Stage 2 is to repackage your goods in their original packaging, remembering to include the completed returns form we’ve also sent. Then simply return the package in the post, and providing the products reach us in their original condition, we’ll process your refund. When returning your items, we would highly recommend using a courier service that enables you to track the parcel’s progress back to our warehouse… Better to be safe than sorry!
Who pays postage on returned items?
If you choose to return an item to us, you as the customer are liable to cover the cost. That’s why we recommend using a courier, as unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for any products you return that go missing.
What should I do if I receive faulty goods?
If for any reason at all you believe we’ve sent you faulty or defective items, we’ll try and get to the bottom of things as soon as possible. Call our Customer Service team and they’ll advise you on the best course of action and how to return your items. Rest assured, goods that are faulty will be refunded in full or exchanged.
Will I be able to get a refund?
Of course – usually we’ll issue refunds using the same method used to pay for the original purchase, so for example, if you buy using PayPal we’ll pop the money back into that same account.
What if I’ve bought using a Gift Card? Can I get a refund too?
For orders made using one of our gift cards, any refunds will be issued as another gift card or as a discount code for use on our website. If a product has been purchased through the use of a Net World Sports Gift Card and is subsequently exchanged for a product with a lower price, any remaining money owing will be issued as a Net World Sports Gift Card or discount code.
When will I get my money back?
We will obviously aim to refund your money as quickly as possible, but because of the various stages involved in the process (and sometimes the need to return items), it can take up to 14 working days.
