Our shipping costs are based on the method of service selected. In order to calculate the cost of shipping please add all items to your shopping cart and enter your required destination. You’ll be then shown the costs of each shipping method, meaning you can choose the best option before proceeding to checkout.

We recommend that you have someone at the shipping destination available to accept your package.

Our warehouse is based in the United Kingdom and ships Monday to Friday. We can guarantee that all orders will be processed the same day in order to keep your shipping times to an absolute minimum.

How much will delivery cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of the product and also how quickly you’d like to receive your order. This means that the costs will differ from product to product. In the shopping cart we’ve put a shipping calculator which will show you all of the options available and the cost of each. You’ll be able to view this prior to checking out.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship to 230 countries and territories around the world. As per shipping to Australia, the cost will be calculated in the shopping basket prior to checkout.

 

How will I know that my order has been placed?

All customers will receive a confirmation of their order via email. You will receive a second email upon dispatch of your order, which will contain the relevant tracking information.

 

How will I know when my order will be delivered?

You will receive an email to confirm when your order has left our warehouse. This email will include tracking information which you can use on the courier’s website.

 

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. You’ll be able to follow the progress of your order by using your tracking number on the courier’s website. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

 

Do I have to be in to sign for my delivery?

A signature might not always be required to receive your order however we would recommend that you have someone available on day of delivery.
