Ideal for a variety of power and strength-based exercises including depth jumps, single-leg squats, incline press-ups and much more, our plyo boxes come in two main designs. The METIS 3 in 1 wooden jump boxes are manufactured using heavy-duty plywood and offer 3 heights - 20in, 24in & 30in; whilst the METIS Soft Foam Plyometric Jump Boxes are available to buy in heights ranging from 15cm to 60cm, or as a complete set with a total height of 150cm/59 inches. Featuring an anti-slip PVC exterior, the foam plyo boxes are filled with shock-absorbing foam to minimise the risk of injuries. Our functional fitness equipment range also includes Bulgarian bags, battle ropes and yoga mats with alignment lines.
